Hello!

Would you please consider adding support for reading .zip files created with bzip2 compression method, which can be created by latest WinZip and 7-Zip.

Thank you!

P.S. Salamander is the best! :hurray: :)

Is the specification of this new ZIP compression method available?

Yes, you can find it here at bzip.org. Currently Salamander opens bzip2 .zip files for listing only, and I was even able to read some tiny .gif and .jpg files from such an archive, but it would be best to have full support for this! Thank you! :)

Such obscure archives can be extracted with the next version of Altap Salamander (AS 2.53b1/2.53).
