bzip2 support in ZIP

Hello!
Would you please consider adding support for reading .zip files created with bzip2 compression method, which can be created by latest WinZip and 7-Zip.

Yes, you can find it here at
bzip.org. Currently Salamander opens bzip2 .zip files for listing only, and I was even able to read some tiny .gif and .jpg files from such an archive, but it would be best to have full support for this! Thank you!

Such obscure archives can be extracted with the next version of Altap Salamander (AS 2.53b1/2.53).
