Filtering and sorting in database viewer

Hi
I have a lot of data in CSV files that I browse through using the database viewer, and it works just fine. But I'd like to be able to filter rows. If for instance I have a CSV file looking somewhat like this describing backup status of a number of servers:
tape ; client ; file system ; backup date
then it would be great if I could filter the rows based on a pattern for each column - eg. a (partial) hostname under client, so that I could see all lines describing backups for that backup client.
Similarly it would be great if the rows could be sorted.
