Problem in Command Compare Directories

In 3.08 this box can't remember my previous choices, I mean I have to check the boxes every time.

(I had done the same recently.
Added a Plugin, restarted Salamander, only to see it was no longer there.
Added again. Restarted. And gone again.
Added again...
Finally realized that I had disabled the automatic saving of settings, so hopped over to Options | Save Configuration - before closing Salamanader, & then on restarting my Plugin persisted
