Windows-E bypass for AS

Is there a possibility to start AS also via the Windows-E key combination. I used this shortcut often to start Windows Explorer, but now, it would be VERY nice to start AS instead! 
I don't know about Windows-E combination, but you can create shortcuts with your own custom combinations.
