Hello,

I use Salamander since the very early days, but today I am facing an annoying problem: I can't drag and drop files with Salamander, e.g. can't move/copy files from desktop or file explorer.
With UAC turned off I don't have this problem, but I hope there is a smart and safe solution to get around.

You are probably using AS "as administrator" (and confirming privilege escalation each time you are starting Salamander)?

As soon as UAC will be supported in Salamander, you will be able to run Salamander in standard, non-escalated mode, where drag&drop works fine.
