An option in the FTP Client Plugin to preserve file date/time when transferring file from remote host is badly needed.

Date/time is preserved defaultly. Do you really want to turn it off? Or is it not working when copying from your server?

It's not preserving file date/time when I use it to copy from my server.
File date/time is preserved when I use WS_FTP for the same task.
XP Pro.

Can I access this FTP server to reproduce this bug?
If not, I'm curious if you can see proper date&time in panel when browsing this FTP server. Does it work well on other servers (e.g. ftp.altap.cz) or do you have the same problem on all FTP servers?

I took your suggestion and tried with the server at ftp.altap.cz. To my surprise, it worked perfectly, preserving all file dates and times. Clearly the problem isn't with the plugin, but rather with my server and it's interaction with my system. I'll contact my hosting company and figure out the problem with them. I'm sorry for causing you the unnecessary work.
I very much appreciate your help with this matter.
Thank you very much.

I guess that this problem is based on wrong parsing of listings from your FTP server. Date&time is not properly read, so it cannot be set to target files. I need more info about FTP server to solve this problem. If you can send me at least some raw listing: right click in panel, choose Show Raw Listing, then click Save As and email me saved file (list some directory without sensitive data), my email is
petr.solin@altap.cz.
