RENAME plugin

Good afternoon,
I have a question concerning the rename plugin of salamander : I use quite often the rename plugin to rename a definite format into another. But neither of both format changes. So the renaming action never changes. But between two uses of this particular batch I use very often the rename plugin for other purposes. Too many, so they don't stay in the history of salamander.
Since it is a quite complex batch to rewrite it each time, I have save the script in a file. But is there a way to save some specific batches in the rename bach window or menu ? (like custom)

The script is :
- -> search for : (\d\d)(\d\d)(\d\d\d\d) (\(\d\d\.\d\d\.\d\d\ ..\))=(.*)=(.*)(\(.*@.*\))\.eml
-> replace with : $3-$1-$2 $4 - $5 $7.eml
