User menu bar and commands with no shortcut

Is it possible to add menu commands like
Edit -> Advanced -> Hide Unselected Names
that do not have hotkeys
to the user menu bar?
If not could we add menu item drag-and-drop to user menu bar in the future.
(I know the feature request forum is elswhere but I didn't want to post twice and bother you guys...
