So tell us more about this bug. What application does report the memory leak? How can we reproduce it? What version of Windows and Salamander are you using?

1. Altap Salamander is shown to be the application that was having the memory leak.
2. Get an iPhone/iPod Touch and upload music to it, download iPhoneFS from its website and run it, then use Salamander to try copying the music directory.
3. Altap Salamander: v2.51
OS: Windows Vista Business Edition with the Beta SP1 installed

Altap Salamander
BTW, I was thinking that it would be nice if the problem I posted at the proxy plugin topic could be fixed. Since that method is faster than iPhoneFS and allows for copying to the iPhone/iPodTouch.

Could you please show us the Altap Salamander window with memory leak warning? (It is possible to attach PNG file to post.)

Hmm, I couldn't duplicate it...

No problem, capture the screen when you see it again. The release version of Altap Salamander 2.51 doesn't check for (or display warning about) memory leaks so this is the reason why I'm asking. It looks really weird.

Note: it looks like user's misunderstanding of memory leaks, see
