Add sftp support to ftp-plugin

The FTP-plugin is much more feature-rich than the winscp plugin - please consider adding SFTP support to this one!

Why to shatter resources on duplicating functions? IMO more usefull will be FTPs.

Scrap the WinSCP plugin then. FTPS is not of use to me, since I don't encounter any such servers.
