Uninstalling older versions

I have installed current version 2.5 beta 11. Is it OK to uninstall version 2.5 beta 10? Thank you.
1) Install a new version of Servant Salamander
2) Start it -- old configuration and your registration keys will be imported
3) Uninstall old version
Each version of Servant Salamander stores configuration in its own Registry key (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Altap) and installs to a separate directory.
