using Salamander 2.5 under Vista:

I get an Error (53) (Network path not found) when copying with F5 to some network path, using Ctrl-C in source and Ctrl-V in target works...

Any ideas, that's ANNOYING.

Is it UNC (\\server\share) path or mapped network drive?
Could you reproduce this problem with other network servers (for example map your own shared directory)?

An UNC-Drive and it seems that this behaviour ONLY occurs, when I address a windows system directory, e.g. \\remotepc\Windows\System32 where local and remote system running Windows Vista.

Unfortunately not reproducable, normally copying with F5 works, but sometimes not (then Ctrl-C Tab Ctrl-V works).
