Accomodation At The Panel Toolbar

Hope to see at least one of these suggestions implemented
:
1. It is highly convenient to change folders through the directory structure
on the Panel Toolbar. Going back/up a folder/folders is really nice. But going
FORWARD is not taken care of. Maybe a (dropdown) arrow could be introduced.
2. Suppose mobility is introduced here? This is to facilitate mobile navigation.
Imagine being inside the fourth subfolder where the name of each subfolder exceeds
40 letters. The panel's length is overstuffed. The current setting doesn't offer
any help to navigate accurately towards the left. Suppose hovering the mouse pointer,
pushing towards either the left or the right without actually clicking could help in
showing the folder on the left (then on the right)?
3. Treat each folder as a folder on the panel. This would mean right-clicking on a
particular folder would launch the same menu as in right-clicking on an actual folder.
