To reproduce:

Open Configuration->Change Drive Menu

Starting with the one on the left (HotPaths) alternately click on the two underlined texts at the bottom explaining about HotPaths and Plugins.

Make sure you read the tooltips displayed.

Now click somewhere else in the dialog, then re-examine the tooltips, this time starting with Plugins, then HotPaths.

Tool-tips are mismatched/duplicated when you try to show hints by clicking on the two underlined texts, but it works without problem when you try to show hints by hovering mouse pointer over underlined texts.

Problem is fixed from 2.52b1. Thank you for reporting it.
