Quick Rename

First, sorry for my bad english..
On the Quick Rename dialog, only name of the file should be initially selected. Now selected is name with extension. This is annoying because extension part of the file name is changed very rarely.

I think this is a very interesting idea: If one needs to change the full name, CTRL-A would select it very quickly.

Note: the Ctrl+A doesn't work in edit lines.

Workarounds in the quick rename dialog:
- CTRL+SHIFT+LeftArrow and SHIFT+LeftArrow

- hit four-times SHIFT+LeftArrow

- type new name followed by ".*"
