Hi, when using the compare directory function, it would be nice to filter the filelist in a way that only the selected (hence difference) files are shown.

You can achieve this after comparing by choosing Edit -> Advanced -> Hide Unselected Names from the main menu for each panel.

Altap: If you have hidden names, the filter symbol appears in the Directory Line. Don't you think it was only logic to be able to turn on and off these kind of filters on the Filter Dialog (CTRL-F12)?

I second SvA's request. I once wanted to filter for selected files (hide the unselected ones). My first (and only) guess was the filter dialog where I did not find this option and assumed that the Salamander cannot do this.
