Windows Vista - Right-Click Send To (SendTo) Displays Icons Only.

No text is next to the icons.
And for me, those icons are pretty unintelligible (not your fault).

Similar (or same?) problems is with "Run as administrator" command on executables. The text is not shown, just protection shield on black background. Icon changes to inverse colors when hovered and is displayed in the text column of the popup menu.

I suppose it's some problem with 32bit RGBA icons, because Groove (part of Office 2k7) icon on folders is displayed correctly. (The Groove icon is on the other side displayed correctly in Salamander and with solid white background in Explorer :? )
