Can anybody explain me the order of this file list ?

Depends on Options->Configuration->Panels->Use numerical sort for numbers contained in strings

000 [space] xxx=0
002 [space] xxx=2
04 [space] xxx=4
010 [space] xxx=10
020 [space] xxx=20
etc...
where xxx is any string including spaces, alphanum, ...
