Altap Salamander Support Forums

When I first started using Salamander, zipping files always started with the other pane as the default location to create the zip file in.

Now I've noticed that the default has changed to the current pane.

I've looked all over and can't find a specific setting to return it to the original default of the other pane.

Anyone know where this option is or how to change it back to origial setting?

Options - Configuration - Archivers should hold the option you are looking for.

It was there! No wonder I couldn't find it, I was expecting to find it in the confuration for the plug-in itself....

This setting applies to all archivers, not just the ZIP plugin. Therefore it is in the general archiver configuration setting
