Environment variable expansion in Change Directory command

It would be very handy if the Change Directory command supported expanding environment variables like %TEMP% for example just like Explore and cmd.exe does.

Oh, just a tiny, tiny bump.
Not really something I would foresee myself using, but I did happen to run into this today.
