REQST: Hierarchical favorites list No. 1

I have over 50 "favorite" folders. The list changes nearly daily.
Please enable a complete hierarchical "favorites" system with some form of drag & drop editing plus a full edit dialog to organize and manage the favorites' pseudo-folders.
Favorites should have an option for a default path expected to appear in the panel opposite the selected favorite... ie., "paired" favorites.
Ideally I would like to have a favorites button on each of the file panel toolbars (and/or the main toolbars) that dropped down a hierarchical menu similar to the very excellent user tools menu already implemented.
