It's not fixed, PictView 2.1, 32-bit alpha bitmaps are not displayed correctly

32-bit bitmaps are supported by Codejock MFC controls for example or CxImage library
Axialis Icon Workshop can export any 32bit png to a 32-bit alpha bitmap
