Drap & Drop Directory Problem

For some reason SS RC2 does not want to overwrite a directory all it wants to is merge.

Example:
Directory X on C:
Directory X on D:

Drag and drop X from D to C, does not overwrite, it merges the files.

Bug? Or did I turn on/off something by accident?

It is not a bug, try Windows Explorer and you will find the same behaviour.

There is one related confirmation in Salamander:
Options > Configuration > Confirmations > Directories merge
