The Synchronize option is greyed out for the winscp plug-in menu

Hello. I am trying to synchronize folders on a server using Salamander. I loaded the 32-bit version. I see the WinSCP plug-in but the "Synchronize" and "Keep Remote Directory Up To Date" options are greyed out. How can I activate them?
