Hi,
I have the PicView PlugIn in my PlugIns-list and selecet in the options/configuration/Viewers and Editors/Associated viewer: PicView (PlugIn).
But it seems not to work.
Can you please advice?

Re: PicView: Open images in PicView
How did you open the image? Enter key or F3 (which is for the viewer)
Re: PicView: Open images in PicView
Hi,
thanks for the reply.
I used the ENTER-key.
When I use F3 it works! Many thanks.
I didn't find any hint in the help, that F3 is to use.
Why does it not work by using ENTER?
Regards
Mic

Re: PicView: Open images in PicView
If you look closely at the bottom of Salamander, you will see some menu items with Fx (where x is a number). These are the function keys from the keyboard's top. The associated functions change depending on which key combo is pressed.
F3 - view, SHift+F3 opens selected folder in Windows Explorer, CTRL+F3 changes sort order by name, AL+F3 - Alternative view
Check the manual F1 - Altap Salamander: Shortcuts - Keyboard shortcuts
Enter on the files works the same way a double click or enter in exporer does. It calls the application associated with the file extension which then opens the file.

It's Norton Commander legacy.
By enter you run associated in system program.
My deepest apologies for my awful English.
