alt + number doesn´t work for me

hello,

i tried to find a solution for my problem via the forum search but i wasn´t lucky.

so here´s my problem. i am not able to change the style the files are listed in the left or right window by using the shortcuts (alt + number). if i use these shortcuts just nothing happens.

any help?

It looks like some other software (for example video card control panel) eats Alt+number hot keys...

sorry for my late reply. i have no i-link at the moment.
i have no idea wich software could cause the problem. am i the only one with that problem?
