strange single drivebar bug in rc2

i've got a real strange bug in using single drive bar
all driveletters are collapsed , even the first C: is unreadable or clickable

using two drivebars works properly

Try clear this option: Options > Show > Lock the Toolbars.
Then you should be able to set toolbar size.
