User menu: items not visible

I have alot of user menu items.
If there are more items then i have place in the menu line
then the right most one's are not visible any more.

I think we need here "two arrows" to scroll horizontally.

I guess the same for the hot paths menu line.


And yes,
i will try to use more submenus

It's common toolbar-related problem, we have this task on our to-do list.
