Windows Mobile plugin - support for Windows Mobile 5

When using Activesync 4 and WM5 devices, the WM plugin no longer works. It does, however, work fine with AS4 and WM2003 devices.

Pleeeease don't make me go back to using the Activesync shell browser - it's awful!

what exactly happens when you try to use wmplugin?

Also, can you try to upgrade to latest ActiveSync (4.1)? http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/ ... ync41.mspx

Hi Juraj, apologies for not replying quicker - I never noticed the post

I'm using AS4.1. When I open the plug-in to talk to the WM5 device I get the following error:

It seems to be working fine now - I think I must have updated to AS4.1 since I last tried and that fixed it. Apologies for causing you trouble.

I'm glad it works because using Windows Explorer to browse the device is like playing the piano with a cabbage
