Hi,
I am running a MacBook Pro with Retina screen. I use Bootcamp and Windows 8.
Altap Salamander v3.0 Beta 2 doesn't scale icons properly according to DPI-setting. (200%).
Has anyone found a way around it?
/Joakim

Re: Icon size not DPI-aware
High-DPI support is better in Altap Salamander 3.0 (compared to versio 2.54) but is not complete. We have further improvements on our todo list.

Is a screenshot or more information needed?Jan Rysavy wrote:We have further improvements on our todo list.

Bumping this thread, because I just got a 4K monitor and now I have the tiny icons. Everything else (ie. text, Bottom Toolbar) seems to scale properly, although the program icon in the taskbar would look better if it was higher resolution.

Re: Icon size not DPI-aware
What LCD monitor did you purchase? We need to purchase some high-res model for tests.

Well, this one is an Acer XB280HK. It costs about $200+ more than most similar-size/quality 4K monitors because so far it's the only 4K monitor to support G-SYNC, which is useful for gaming, so another choice might be better financially for non-gaming use. That said, this is a nice monitor and DPI-aware applications look fantastic.
