Try to change command for listing to "LIST -a", I believe it will help. See Alt+F1 > FTP Client > Advanced > Command for listing.
Or try to show hidden files in panel - use Ctrl+H key.

How do I setup an FTP site with Dreamweaver using godaddy as my host? I bought my domain and I got 5 free hosted web pages from godaddy and I am creating my website with dreamwever.
