FTP cleint UTF8 filenames

Hi, filenames encoded in UTF8 are displayed incorrectly in the FTP client plugin.
How to fix it?

Unfortunately, the FTP plugin nor Salamander itself don't support Unicode yet. It's one of the top priorities for the development team for the near future though, so you should be able to get some information on progress after final v3.0 is released.
