IMHO: THX for a great Tool & where is your donate button?

Post by soerentsch »

Dear Altap Team,

I just want say: Thank you!
Your great Tool save me a lot of time at my daily work.

I think i bought my first licence 4 years ago. Per day you save me (min.) 2 minutes. I use your tool 200 days per year.
So let make a small calculation:

2 (minutes/day) * 200 (days/year) * 4 (years of use) = 1600 (minutes saved) = 26 (hours saved)

My hourly rate is $10 (w/o tax).

$10 * 26 = $260 (saved)

$260 - $50 (rounded Salamader+PlugIns licence fees) = $210 (gain :-))

properly the gain is much higher :D

Now i must read the unprofessional comments of some (or special one) users: http://forum.altap.cz/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=5353
"*baby crying* I want effort, but i dont want pay for it! I dont care that you need money to live!"

I work also as software developer and i really know what a "ass-kicking" jobs you have done for the switch from VS6 to VS2008/VS2010.

So, i will make it short.

Where is your donate button? I don't want work w/o my Salamander and, yes, I'm one of the guys that want/need an early x64 support. AND I'm sure that I'm not lonely.
AND I (of course) will pay for Salamander 3.0.

Kind Regards
Soeren

I wonder why I didn't come up with this idea. I would like to make a donation, too.
