Making Unicode entries more accessible

Hi - I know there are several other posts about unicode, and its harder to implement than UAC and 64 bit, but it is annoying that you can only process files/folders with unicode characters by renaming them in Salamander. Would it not be possible to display a "?" symbol for each unicode symbol - I know other file managers do this - and allow copying/processing of such files/folders as is?

I think if that would be easy, it would be already implemented.
