A headset? - of course not :)
what kind of device do you mean?
As far as I know some mobile devices can connect to activesync by using bluetooth. Please use google and search for your device+activesync.

Bluetooth ?

Well, I just purchased a bluetooth USB dongle and it worked good
with my PDA Palm T5 ( I hope it will work ok with my daugther's razor
phone ); but the interface is really ugly, so I think it would be nice
browsing the files with SS.

Motorola RAZR V3 - Why don't you use the mini USB?
As far as I know this will work in combination with ActiveSync.

I don't think V3 uses ActiveSync cause it doesn't sync with Outlook with the integrated sync-software from Motorola.

Concerning bluetooth: As long as you have a connection with the BT-device and the device supports file transfer via a drive letter, browsing via SS will be no problem.
