Hello,
I'm searching for two settings. The first one will start the Salamander minimized and the second is an 'Close to tray' function. Is there something like that?

Start minimized and close to tray?

There is no Salamander command line option to do so.
Though you can do that either with the desktop shortcut (Shortcut | Run: Minimized [dropdown]), or from a command line:
> Close to tray
Should be able to find (all escaping me at the moment) a general "close to tray" utility to handle it.
Tray It! looks to work (on Win7 too).
Or this, RBTray. No UI. Just run, then right-click on the 'minimize' button. Then left-click on the tray icon to restore, or right-click on the tray icon for a very brief context menu.
