We can guarantee one thing: we will speed up development process if we will be able to receive enough funds from 3.0 upgrade. UAC and Unicode support are next major tasks after x64 support in AS 3.0.
Ok, if I read your sentence correctly than what you are actually saying is - we cannot guarantee you anything. Don't promise things if there are IFs in the same sentence.
We have seen enough already with respect to the speed of development. When you guys say "next week/month" then we know one thing - it will NOT happen at least for the next 6 months!
PS: I am not saying the product is bad. I am just saying don't give us the next week bullsh*t any more please. Don't waste electrons on next week crap. Simply deliver.

We are just letting you know we finished internal testing of x64 version and want to release it as
EAP during this week. If you don't need this information, please ignore it. There are Altap Salamander users who want to know (see title of this thread).

When users post every little hiccup and want it read (and answered) from developers, they won't have enough time to do the really important work!
Like this:
Will it give lifetime licenses?

Can't wait for the EAP!
I believe it is fair to pay for the upgrade to version 3. I also believe that you should speed up the development and increase the number of upgrades.
How much will the upgrade cost?
Best regards
Alessandro

Is it really fair? We're waiting and waiting and nothing happens. I'm quite annoyed and not willing to pay for an upgrade! Altap should think about it and find a good solution for long-time and loyal users!
Kind regards, KNUT

I have no problem with pay for upgrade. BUT to pay for version 3.0 still without Unicode support? Sounds like a joke. Well, depends on upgrade price.

This payed upgrade is intended for Altap Salamander users which
need x64 support and are willing to pay our time to make it happen.
If you don't need x64 support, just wait for another feature you need, stay with existing AS 2.54 or use another file manager.
I'm closing this thread, thank you for understanding.
