Folder sizes

I'm a new user and interested in seeing the size of all folders on my hard drive. Currently, all I see is DIR. Where is the setting or option that allows me to see the folder size in a column list, similar to the sample on the Salamander webpage?

Another option: try to select directories using the Space key.
