File Comparator, Compare From Bottom Up
IOW, instead of starting from the beginning of the file, start at the end & compare backwards.
Could be helpful with (audio, video, or similar) files with "tags", where it is only the tags that differ.
(Yes audio files could have tags at either the beginning or end, or both. Yes you could use something like the UNIX tac command to reverse a file...)
