As of now, you can change the names of the files to lower, upper, or mixed case in the Change case dialog (Ctrl+F7). Would it be possible to include Title case, too? Sure, there's no single correct way to do it - but any consistent try is better than nothing at all. Additionally, in practice, only a handful of styles is being used.
For example, wikipedia uses "In general, each word in English titles of books, films, and other works takes an initial capital, except for articles ('a', 'an', 'the'), the word 'to' as part of an infinitive, prepositions and coordinating conjunctions shorter than five letters (e.g., 'on', 'from', 'and', 'with'), unless they begin or end a title or subtitle." for their capitalization rules.
For me, batch renaming is mostly linked with article names a music. Therefore I'd make great use of any form of title case.

Title case for Change case dialog
Re: Title case for Change case dialog
That could probably be simulated using mixed case in Change Case and then one or two regular expressions in Batch Rename. That doesn't mean I'm against the proposed feature, but it should be configurable.
