Keep selection on paste
Keep selection on paste
If I "paste" a path, or just a filename, the current selection gets cleared. If the result is (in) the current directory, can the selection please stay?
Re: Keep selection on paste
OK, I'll bite. Could you clarify, cause I'm not sure what you're doing?
You've highlighted some files in a panel; files 1.txt, 2.txt, 3.txt.
Then what?
You copy a file from the other panel, using Ctrl+C?
Then you paste it into the first panel, using Ctrl+V?
And the highlights clear?
(But that mustn't be it cause I don't see that occurring, so ...?)

Re: Keep selection on paste
Sorry for being unclear, I'll clarify. This is one way to reproduce what I mean:
- in a directory, on some file, press Alt+Shift+Insert to copy its name
- select some files in that directory
- press Ctrl+V to jump to the first file
