Shift+F7 / Change Directrory...: path in quotation marks

Many times I have a link in quotation marks an when I paste this path into Shift+F7, this function will give me:

Error Changing Directory
---------------------------
Path: "D:\"C:"
Error: (123) ...
---------------------------
[OK]
---------------------------
(Example: Change path from D:\ to "C:\Program Files\")
Is ist possible to make this work.
