Done. Support for Windows 7 jump lists and progress bars will be included in next AS release.

Just curious: are the jump lists bound to the pinned icon (remains there if the application is closed) or is it only like some kind of window-bound tray icon menu?

I have not read the documentation, but from my experience, most of the items in the jump list are available even when the application is not running.

Jump lists are available in pinned icon (in Taskbar or Start menu). When you choose item from the Jump list, Salamanader is started with special command line parameter (path).

Would it be possible to implement the progress bar for FTP as well?

Thank you for the progress bar, it's a small but useful feature because you can see "from outside of the application" when copy/move finishes :)
