Add context menu for X64 shell extensions like TC

Hi,
TC is also on 32 bit. Still it manages to show 64 bit shell extensions by using a dedicated X64 submenu.

Hi,
personally I don't like this idea very much
For me it seems as a kind of
hack which could cause more serious problems then
we have with shell extensions today. Also there is no need to do it as all shell extensions I know exist in 32-bit version as well and installing 64-bit and 32-bit shell extensions at the same time is completelly supported solution (by Microsoft).
