View (F3) Option - Copy As Hex

Right-click 'Copy as Hex' option when viewing a file.

(Possibly other formats too?)

I see that with HxD, depending upon where you start to highlight the selection, either within the Hex or the Text sides, it then copies the selection as either Hex or Text. (While at the same time "highlighting" the other side in reverse.)

Still feel this is a worthwhile feature.

(Worst part is, I forget whether it can be done or not. So I go about attempting it a number times, before realizing that it does not work.)
