Unofficial German Language Files released.

Hi,

I have prepared a file deutsch.slg. My Salamander speaks German now! :lol:
I do not assume any liability for programme faults. Suggestions and criticism asks: silberling@gmx.net

Everyone should fetch the new file. Please please, send to me all spelling mistakes, those are immediately changed. Thanks

Gefällt mir sehr gut!

Paar Sachen sind mir aufgefallen. Ich mache entsprechende SS am WE fertig.

- Wie wäre es mit "Sprachauswahl"?
- es sollte "Pluginkonfiguration" im HM heißen

Special for Jan :) The Tray popup menu should be translated in "Servant Salamander beenden" or only "Beenden"

Hi Silbereis, many thanks. Now I can force my family members to use SS :-) I will test it now and send you suggestions if needed.

Just a hint: "Unofficial German Language File seemed" Replace the "seemed" with "released". It seems that you took the wrong word :-)

Hi,

I have prepared a new version of deutsch.slg today. Download below my first one Posts. :mrgreen:

z.b. replace "zu" to "nach" or "Button" to "Schaltfläche" etc. :shock:

Who still faults does find note is for everybody, always here so that, grateful? It only can get better. :idea:

Silbereis, I have inspected your translation of Eroiica.spl in hope I could use it as the basis for official translation (in coordination with you, of course). I am afraid you didn‘t work very hard doing the translation. Although there is not much to translare there are some untranslated English texts. And the translation is highly inconsistent with official translation of PV. It should use the same formatting, wording and definitely the same terminology. For example the configuration dialog of EV is a subset of the config dialog of PV. However, your translation is totally different. What is your opinion on this?

The current version contains a lot of German errors. Just to list some:

Befehle|Verknüpfung neueinlesen
should read

Every menu item should start uppercase, e.g. Links|Gehe zu|Vorwärts or Links|Gehe zu|Eine Ebene höher

If the file was a plain text file, I would correct it myself, but it appears to be an executable...
