TortoiseSVN overlays not displayed (x86) [Solved]

TortoiseSVN 1.8.11, Windows 7 x64
Displayed fine in Explorer
AS x86 (works in x64)
Nothing helps, reboot, reinstall, killing of TSVNCache.exe process

Had to reinstall Windows eventually

Maybe they were disabled in Salamander's configuration? Or the limit kicked in?
