Could it be x86 / x64 conflict? Did you try x86 version of AS on x86 Windows and x64 AS on x64 Windows?

It's not displayed in both x86 and x64 version of AS
Was fine on Windows 7. Dropbox version 3.4.3.
Windows Explorer displays overlays fine
Reboot doesn't help

Could you please upgrade to latest version of Dropbox?

Thanks, it works with latest beta 3.5.58
