Upgrade failed --> Upgrade from 3.02 to 3.04

I just upgraded from 3.02 to 3.04 on my Windows 8.1 computer and the installer on both the x86 and x64 failed --> yes I did run them separately. They hung.
Here is a screen shoot of the install program hanging:
After closing the install program and restarting it the install went fine. It was only when it had to do an upgrade that it hung.
Thank you for the hard work that put into the development of Altap Salamander.
