Checking Path-Window

On wake-up from Lock/Hibernation, Salamander shows the "Checking path ..." dialog on on top of other, unrelated windows, even when salamander's main window is entirely covered by that other window.
In my opinion, it should show on top of salamander's main windows, but below any other windows covering that main window, regardless of whether they belong to that instance of Salamander or to any other application. It is not only confusing, but also unnecessary to pop up that dialog on top of an unrelated window.
